We will dispatch your parcel the same day on any order placed before 1pm. For parcels to a UK mainland address you can opt for a next working day delivery service, or a 2 to 3 day service, using Royal Mail. Please make sure you supply us a with a mobile number when you order, then, if required, we can give you full tracking information & updates on your order throughout the process. Standard delivery is free in the UK on all orders over £20. You can upgrade to 1st Class UK delivery when you spend £40 or more. For anywhere outside of England, Wales and Scotland, please be aware we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

We do not process orders over the weekend. Any first class orders received after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on Bank Holidays.
Any orders of over 30 units made through the website will not be eligible for next day shipping.

For any order overseas, we can deliver anywhere in the world within a week. If you require a quicker service, please contact us directly.
Via our global specialist courier and freight partners, we can deliver anywhere in the World giving you a choice of delivery speed and options for signed delivery too. We can send via road sea or air dependent on your requirements.
Please Note: You are liable for your country’s tax and duty charge on arrival if you are not in the UK.

Cancelling orders and returns
To cancel an order, please call us straight away or email us with your reason why you would like to cancel your order.
To return an order free of charge in England, Wales and Scotland, erase the receivers’ address and circle return to sender. Then take your parcel to your nearest Royal Mail Depot or Post Office.
We choose the best courier service for your order.
If you haven’t received your parcel after 7 days, please contact our Head Office so we can provide tracking information and find out where your parcel is.
Water-to-Go does not accept liability for delayed orders.

Refunds and Returns
If you are a UK customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must email us at email@example.com or call us on 01582 841 412.
All returns ordered incorrectly should be returned at your cost, please include a copy of you order and contact detail stating if you require a refund, exchange or replacement. Water-to-Go strongly advise using an insured postal service when returning goods back to us.
If in the very unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty, and when Water-to-Go has verified your claim,we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
We do our very best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, in the event that this is not the case please advise us within 48hrs of receiving your goods. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will dispatch the correct goods as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect goods
