Water to Go partner with travel companies who understand the need to protect our environment and travel responsibly and sustainably. We are proud to work with Undiscovered Balkans.

Why Water to Go?

1. Each bottle guarantees 200 litres of fresh drinking water via filters that remove up to 99.9999% of waterborne bacteria, parasites and even viruses from any water source

2. Each bottle is made out of 100% recyclable, earth friendly materials rather than standard plastic and the filters themselves are biodegradable and recyclable

3. Each filter delivers clean safe drinking water at just over 6p per litre. Who’d want to spend €400 on bottled water instead?

At Undiscovered Balkans, we consider these bottles essential for all our hiking, biking and kayaking trips.

They’re better for the environment, cheaper than bottled water and more importantly, might just save your life on your next outdoor adventure!

Responsible tourism has been the backbone of our business since we started up in Montenegro in 2008. As the first tour operator in the region dedicated 100% to ‘sustainable travel’, our focus has always been creating small group adventures over longer stays, offering activities which are low impact on the environment – like hiking and kayaking – but high impact in experience and cultural connection!

Book to Give Back
Undiscovered Balkans donates 1% of our turnover to conservation and community initiatives in the areas we operate in. By booking with us, you are helping to support vital projects and actions, from conserving Dalmatian Pelican at Skadar Lake to community clean-ups, and campaigning to stop hydropower developments from devastating pristine river ecosystems.

Our Responsible Business Pledge: Undiscovered Balkans is committed to operating high quality adventures in which our guests have a positive impact on the places and communities they visit. We proactively support local conservation, tradition, culture and people. It is up to us to lead by example, demonstrating that a responsible travel model makes good business sense, creates better experiences for tourists and locals and offers a sustainable future for tourism in national parks across the Balkans.’
