Over six years ago, we gave up our jobs to travel full-time — just small hand luggage, small budgets, and Water-to-Go 😉 . Since then, Alan has visited 137 countries, and I (Agnes) have reached 89.
Our Water-to-Go bottle has been with us ever since — across Japan, India, South America, and so many more countries (too many to list!). It’s been refilled at mountain springs, airports, cafés, and seaside taps all over the world.
When we’re back “home” in the UK, we trade flights for footpaths — we’ve walked all 15 UK National Trails, a total of 2,633 miles, and are now 80% through the 2,700-mile King Charles III England Coast Path. The bottle comes extremely handy.
There are too many memories from our travels from refilling on Train station in Kalkuta with a cow standing next to us or recently from Menalon Trail in Greece where we’ve been hiking through forests and gourge when we found a tiny spring trickling from the rocks. Refilling the bottle with that cool, fresh water felt like a gift from nature — a quiet reminder of why we travel.
The bottle became our constant companion — always there for the journey, wherever we go. 😉
Best regards,
Agnes and Alan
